All rates subject to 5˝% Wisconsin Sales Tax.
Full cottage rental & marina rentals will be charged for length of time reserved.
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA & Discover Card.
DEPOSIT POLICY
For reservations made prior to February 1, a $50 deposit will hold your 2008
reservation - by February 1, the balance of the deposit will be due. For
reservations made after February 1, the full deposit must be
received within 7 days of making the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
On cancellations made prior March 1, deposits will be fully refunded. On cancellations
received after March 1, deposits will be refunded, provided the unit is re-booked, less a $50
per-week-reserved booking fee.
For lodging reservations made during the “Summer Rates” period,
if you cancel within 14 days from the start of your vacation,
you are responsible for the remaining payment of unit reserved,
unless unit is re-booked.
EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON UP TO UNIT CAPACITY
(unit capacity cannot be exceeded)...$80/WEEK; $20/DAY
DAY VISITORS
(unit capacity cannot be exceeded) - 1st day no charge; additional days $15/day per person.
CHILDREN
2 years of age and younger stay free, but count towards unit capacity.
